Very friendly staff. Nice breakfast.

Didn't like looking at the popcorn ceiling peeling. Curtains were old and little holey. Sun shined in the room by 5am waking us up too early. Under construction. I would have stayed in the hotel but we already prepaid.

Everything is perfect, the room is perfectly clean with comfortable bedding, microwave plus refrigerator. A microwave oven and a fridge are a nice touch...

Effingham will never be on my agenda again, so this is useless. I will just drive farther next time.

Spotless & newly renovated room with comfortable bedding. Nice pool, unbeatable location in the middle of jackson. And not far from restaurants and shopping and the fitness center and truck stop. Overall very very good stay for the Holidays.

The hotel's cozy lobby with inviting chairs. I adored the spacious layout, perfect for seniors like me to navigate easily without feeling cramped.

Better temperature control for air conditioning would help.

The staff were cute. I appreciated the room's cleanliness and the robust water pressure in the shower. For breakfast, I suggest arriving early for the freshest offerings, especially the crispy bacon!

I was impressed with the cleanliness and spaciousness of the Queen Suite. The staff were friendly, assisting me with any needs and offering thoughtful recommendations nearby. The accessible design made it easy for me to navigate around.

Air conditioner could use better temperature control.

The Queen Suite was spacious and clean. I loved the comfy beds and the little sitting area was a nice touch. It had good amenities, like USB ports and a decent workspace. The front desk was super friendly when we had noise issues from upstairs. But the a/c could use better temperature control, and the curtains didn't block out the bright lights outside well. It was a solid stay.

The location is ideal, being right next to a great steakhouse, and the recently remodeled entrance sets a pleasant tone. The room was spacious with a nice couch, microwave, and fridge. Noise from the adjacent truck stop made for a somewhat restless night, and the tub surround could use some maintenance. The breakfast spread was quite good, comparable to what you'd find in higher-priced hotels.

I loved the spacious room and the comfy bed! Relaxing in the pool after a long drive was the icing on the cake.

Smart choice for a quick trip in Effingham with fantastic value for money. The check-in was super smooth. I got a welcome bag! Try to snag a room away from the street for more quiet.

Awesome stay with friendly vibes

Had a chill night here. The area was surprisingly quiet, even being close to I-70. Room was clean and cozy, and the staff were super nice. Breakfast was just your usual fare, but those biscuits and gravy really hit the spot. My only gripe was the a/c didn't seem to regulate temp too well.
